The rooms are incredible and tidy and complete with comfortable beds as well as balcony/terrace. Our hotel is set in a very central location very close to the market, Gueliz center and a taxi or bus into the market.

new pool, charming art decor, small shops
Facilities need a serious upgrade!!! The shower was older than most guests and unreliable water temperature was a daily surprise!!! The doors didn't close properly. It seemed like an open invitation for pests!!!

Good budget accommodation. Basic but adequate. Good location. Staff helpful - a misunderstanding was sorted out very quickly.
The breakfast looks abundant but is in fact all carbs. No fruit available and the coffee is not nice.

Very nice and helpful staff ... not too far from airport. Easy access to a tax walking distance to markets ... few restaurants close by.
The pool was little cold... small breakfast bar.

Big hype, little substance
The hotel has promise with spacious rooms and friendly staff, but caution is warranted. While the location is decent, it's not as close to popular attractions as advertised. Breakfast left much to be desired with limited options.

We got a spacious room with a small balcony. The room and hotel itself were clean and comfy. Easy location close to the train station.
Air-con made interesting noises during the night, we were fine with it, but light sleepers might have issues. Reception staff was not the most customer friendly, and tried to cash-in 6x breakfast, despite we had none ( booked a room without breakfast). This was all sorted out just by pointing out the error. Considering we found cheaper and better Riads after this hotel, the price feels a bit high compared.

Good Location, good sun deck on the roof.
Basic breakfast, no internet had trouble trying to get a double bed, very small TVs.

Just a balanced option for a walk in evening in Marrakesh with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff at the bar were friendly, and I enjoyed sitting by the pool with a cheap local beer. Check out the shops nearby for unique little souvenirs.

Staff very kind and always available, especially in the restaurant. Thaks for the good service.
When the hotel is full you have to wait for a long time to find a table for breakfast or dinner.......
